Create immersive themed venues and experiences that bring IPs to life — from cafes to theme parks.

Placemaking & Hospitality
The Discipline

How we approach placemaking & hospitality.

Each space is treated as an extension of the IP itself — not a licensed retrofit.

Placemaking & Hospitality is where our IPs become physical spaces. We design, build, and operate themed venues that bring characters and stories into the world fans can actually walk into — from cafes and experience stores to entire flagship destinations.

We currently operate 16 themed venues across Indonesia, including Asia's first flagship One Piece Cafe in Jakarta, Toko Tahilalats on Bandung's Braga Street, and Samsara — Bogor's first listening lounge. Each space is treated as an extension of the IP itself, not as a licensed retrofit.

Our process integrates IP-holder approval, F&B operations, retail design, and post-launch programming so the venue keeps producing content, drawing footfall, and selling product long after opening day.
