INFIA Corp Prepares INFIA Pictures and Mindblowon Animation, Previews Broader 2026 Pipeline at IP Expo Indonesia

INFIA Corp announced the upcoming establishment of two new entities under the group: INFIA Pictures, a live-action production house for film and series, and Mindblowon Animation, an animation studio dedicated to the development of the Mindblowon Universe.

The announcement was delivered by M. Noviar Rahman, Group Chief Investment Officer at INFIA Corp, on the main stage of IP Expo Indonesia 2026 on 7 May 2026, where INFIA also previewed a broader pipeline of upcoming projects scheduled across the year.

INFIA Pictures

INFIA Pictures will operate as a live-action production house. The entity will produce film and series, both adaptations drawn from INFIA's internal IP portfolio and original productions developed in-house.

Mindblowon Animation

Mindblowon Animation is fully dedicated to the development of the Mindblowon Universe, the character ecosystem originating from Tahilalats, one of Indonesia's most recognized IP properties and a flagship within INFIA's portfolio. The studio will focus on animated productions designed for both domestic and international audiences.

Part of the Character IP & Studios Vertical

Both entities will operate under INFIA Corp's Character IP & Studios vertical, complementing the existing structure alongside Media Portfolio and F&B & Placemaking. Operational ramp-up is scheduled to begin in Q3 2026, with the first project slate to be announced in 2027.

"We've proven the Build–Manage–Invest–Revive model at the IP and brand layer. It's time we bring the same discipline to the production layer," said M. Noviar Rahman.

The establishment of INFIA Pictures and Mindblowon Animation is a continuation of INFIA's operating model, which has so far worked at the IP, brand, and placemaking layers. With these two entities, INFIA extends the group's capacity into the production layer, completing the chain from IP development through to distribution.

Beyond the Studios: INFIA's 2026 Pipeline

Alongside the launch of INFIA Pictures and Mindblowon Animation, INFIA Corp also previewed a series of upcoming projects scheduled across 2026 — spanning festival, placemaking, and culinary platforms.

JSD Blok M Festival 2026, the next edition of INFIA's flagship cultural festival, will return as a multi-day celebration of Indonesia's creative scene — featuring music, IP activations, and community programming in the heart of South Jakarta.

On the placemaking front, INFIA is preparing four new physical venues that extend the group's IP-led experiential network:

• Samsara Jagakarsa — the next location of INFIA's Samsara hospitality concept, bringing the brand into South Jakarta.
• Tahilalats Padel — a Tahilalats-branded padel court, marking INFIA's first venture into IP-driven sports placemaking.
• Arcafe Crayon Shinchan — a licensed café concept built around the globally beloved Crayon Shinchan IP, developed under INFIA's Arcafe placemaking line.
• Tahilalats Mart — a retail format that brings Tahilalats merchandise and IP-native products into a dedicated physical store environment.

INFIA will also launch Gastrofest, a culinary platform designed to showcase Indonesia's gastronomy ecosystem through curated experiences and IP collaborations.
